By downloading or using Clearer, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. What Clearer is

Clearer is a wellness and motivational tool to help you reduce or quit vaping. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified clinician for medical questions. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a crisis line (US: 988).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Clearer.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Clearer offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and annual), which include a free trial.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering except as permitted by law, no interfering with the service, and no automated scraping.

5. Your data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Your on-device data is yours; you can delete it at any time in Settings.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stradal Potential is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Outcomes vary; we don't guarantee you will quit.

7. Changes and termination

We may update the app and these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
